We reserve the right to correct errors and change product information, pricing or availability without notice. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.
Products & Services
Some products or services may have limited quantities or availability.
Because some Bark Patrol products are handmade or customized, minor differences in colour, dimensions, stitching or appearance may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to limit product quantities, discontinue products or change product specifications at any time.
Orders, Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, contact and shipping information when placing an order.
You are responsible for reviewing your order details, product selections, measurements and delivery address before submitting your order.
We may contact you if additional information is required to process or deliver your order.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency identified on the website and may change without notice.
Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges and other charges collected by Bark Patrol will be shown during checkout whenever possible. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and other destination-related charges may not appear in the order total and remain the customer’s responsibility as described below.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Bark Patrol is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, severe weather, labour disruptions, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Bark Patrol is not responsible for orders delayed, returned or delivered incorrectly because the customer provided inaccurate or incomplete information.
International Orders, Duties and Special Transportation Requirements
Orders delivered outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage or clearance fees and other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority or carrier.
The customer is responsible for all such duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees and related expenses. These amounts are not included in the product price or shipping charge collected by Bark Patrol unless expressly stated during checkout.
The customer is also responsible for satisfying any special transportation, import, permit, documentation, clearance or delivery requirements imposed by the destination country, local authorities or carrier.
Bark Patrol does not control these requirements or charges and cannot predict their amount. Customers should contact their local customs authority before ordering if they require additional information.
If an order is refused, abandoned or returned because the customer did not pay the required charges or fulfil applicable import or transportation requirements, the customer will remain responsible for the original shipping charges, return transportation costs and any other resulting fees. Any eligible refund will be determined after the product has been returned to Bark Patrol and inspected, subject to our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
